    What We Commit To

    Four Commitments.

Written into every scope of work, every scan and every invoice.

    Core Value 01
    Verifiable
    Precision

We don't guess. We measure and record. Where you add the optional drone scan, every cubic yard billed is a cubic yard documented before and after. Disputes get settled with the record instead of memory.

How: Optional pre- and post-excavation drone scans, RTK-corrected drone photogrammetry, checked against ground points on site.
    Core Value 02
    Radical
    Transparency

Active projects get dated photo updates. You see what we see, so the invoice matches the work.

How: Dated photos through the job. If you add the drone scan, a Pix4D model is shared by browser link.
    Core Value 03
    Less
    Hauling

Nothing leaves the site that doesn't have to. Brush and cedar are mulched in place, so there is no burning and no vegetation to haul. Where rock allows, it is milled on site into aggregate, base and drainage fill. Clearing and grubbing, demolition and pool removal still haul debris off, and the quote says so.

How: FAE forestry mulching head on the CAT 299D3 XE processes brush on site. No burning, so no smoke and no burn-ban delays.
    Core Value 04
    Careful
    SITE WORK

Not every job should shake the neighborhood. We do structural demolition that protects adjacent foundations, excavation cut to grade, and land clearing that removes what needs to go and keeps what doesn’t. Protected trees stay standing.

How: Critical Root Zones mapped before machines move. Protected-tree rules checked before work starts. Cut/fill volumes measured from an optional drone scan, not estimated by eye.
